Do I need a technician for a hybrid meeting?
No. A computer, a screen and an internet connection are enough. For large meetings or the first time, our team can support you on site or remotely.
How do co-owners in the room vote?
Either from their smartphone through their personal link, or with voting keypads supplied by Digital Meeting and synchronised with the platform.
Are the results identical for the room and remote participants?
Yes. There is only one count, calculated by the platform and displayed simultaneously on every screen.
What does a hybrid general meeting cost?
€100 per meeting plus €2.50 per co-owner, excluding VAT, the same as an online meeting. Keypads are optional.
