Frequently asked questions about voting keypads
How many keypads do I need?
One per co-owner present or represented. A proxy holder with several proxies receives a single keypad to which all their shares are attached.
Is an internet connection needed in the room?
Yes, for the property manager’s computer that runs the platform. The keypads themselves communicate by radio with the receiver, without Wi-Fi.
What happens if a keypad fails?
We always supply a few spare keypads. The property manager can reassign a keypad in seconds without losing the votes already cast.
What is the total cost of an in-room meeting with keypads?
With rental: €75 plus €2 per co-owner for the platform, plus €5 per keypad and €75 logistics. With your own hardware: €50 plus €2 per co-owner. Excluding VAT.
