Job description
The position, within a team of seasoned consultants, includes the following responsibilities:
- Be part of the team – localizing customer communication and adapting internal processes;
- Call customers and analyse their needs and find them the right package;
- Help your new customers make the best possible use of our platform and introduce them to our Customer Success Team;
- Share tips and tricks with your colleagues and bring new ideas to improve our product and internal processes.

Job requirements
Potential applicants should present the following experience and skills:
- Strong sense of creativity and autonomy, with teamwork capabilities;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong empathy and customer relations management skills;
- Good understanding of corporate housekeeping is a plus;
- Good communication skills – bilingual (FR, NL) is a must.
