The IPI, the institute of real estate professionals, which clearly communicates better in Dutch than in French (https://m-url.eu/r-38r3), confirms that the meeting rooms where general meetings of co-owners are held are covered by the new Royal Decree of 10 July, which makes it compulsory for anyone aged 12 and over to wear a mask or any other fabric alternative.
No doubt it’s time to allow the co-owners of your building to participate from a distance…
